Insiders' Guide To Cheese and Wine!
LOS ANGELES, CA – Come get a glimpse into the mind responsible for many of the best cheese plates in Los Angeles. Alex Brown, one of LA's top cheese experts, will lead this very personal pairing at Little Next Door. The tasting will be modeled after Brown's method for helping LA chef's pick and choose new and exciting cheeses for their menus. This exposé will focus on expanding your understanding of all things lactic: production and terroir, history and rumor, health and hilarity.
To round out the evening each cheese will be accompanied by a sampling from Little Next Door's new collection of French wines...and the insights from our own enthusiastic Wine Girl, Staci Miller. With the same passion and drive that has pushed Alex to pursue all things cheese, Staci brings insights and lore into sharing and educating about wine.
