Purchasing his organic produce from local farmers, our chef Nicolas Peter creates a healthy, simple menu, composed of fresh seasonal ingredients & spices. He carefully considers the flavor of each ingredient to create unique and harmonious dishes.
A key to success in anything lies in detail. An elegant display of hors d’oeuvres featuring exotic shrimp salad with papaya & avocado in a puff, lacked duck with black-eyed pea fritters & caramelized orange, and coconut chicken curry in a tartlet followed by an exquisite, worldly selection of wines and champagnes meld beautifully at any special event. Attention to detail is our formula for success.
